Second release on the Cold Meat Industry label from Sweden. Four industrial ambient bands. En Halvkokt I Folie is the pioneer band in the Swedish electronic/experimental scene. Established in 1982 by Lars Larsson, this crazy project released a lot of cassette tapes on their own label Konduktör Rekords, and it was just at the beginning of the 90s’ that they released their first CD, thanks to the interest of Cold Meat Industry. Their music is absolutely unpredictable, shifting from loops experiments with noise and voices to demented and hilarious synth pop parody songs. En Halvkokt I Folie are still active and play a lot of gigs in Sweden and Scandinavia. Brain Bombs or Brainbombs are a Swedish noise rock band, formed 1985 in Hudiksvall. The members are Dan Råberg, Peter Råberg, Jonas Tiljander, Drajan Bryngelsson and Lanchy Orre. These latter two also are members of Totalitär. Memorandum was a tribal industrial Swedish one-man band. Mixed metal percussions with ambient music, religious chants and demonic vocals. Memorandum was the first band to release an LP on Cold Meat Industry. The project disappeared suddendly around 1994. Enema Syringe was formed in the summer of 1985 by me, Kai Parviainen and Mats Lundberg. Mats and I only recorded two songs together of which one was released on the Unveiled compilation tape. In january 1986 Landgång joined the band. He did most of the singing and I controlled the equipment. All of the early songs were recorded on two channels with no mixing possible. The instruments and recording equipment was a Marantz amplifier and tape deck, Casio VL-tone VL1, an old rhythm box and vocals through headphones or some crappy microphone. In The Shadow Of Death was released on vinyl as a 7″ on Cold Meat Industry (CMI-02) in 1988. Limited edition of 731 copies, of which 31 copies were hand-numbered.
