Patrick Parent from Belgium was a well known force with his Etat Des Stocks project in the mid 80′s releasing tapes and one offs for other labels. He is also the founder of Red Neon Tapes. Nice electronic experimentation. Galactic Gigolo was released on cassette by Red Neon Tapes (rn 10) in 1991.
