Tcheleskov Ivanovitch : IDLO was experimental: we were young and careless. Our synths were archaic and the recording techniques very rudimentary, but everything was possible. Releasing an album on vinyl was very costly and tapes were very popular at that time.Ivanovitch Dans L’ombre was my first musical project with my brother Trevosky. I was 19 years old when we first started making music and the adventure lasted almost 10 years. We were both students at the Brussels Academy of the Fine Arts and our resources were very limited, but we invested everything we had. We were big fans of gory and sf movies and we purchased body armors, helmets and luminous gadgets for our concerts. IDLO ended when we both realized that we had different aspirations. We managed to reactivate the project for 2 albums (“Trans Level”& “In/Out”) just to keep the trace of Ivanovitch Dans L’ombre. Now that this has been accomplished, I can turn the page on IDLO. I see Trevosky on regular basis and it’s very possible that we start a new project under a different name. This is the second contribution of The Bad Fairy, alas no cover scan any one care to provide one? Dag Command Dust was released as a 12″ in 1987.
