Kokushoku Elegy

Excellent 12″ from this Japanese band. Kokushoku Elegy started as a gothic band in 1985, gradually they evolved into a post-punk / new wave band when they where on the Trans record label, about the time of this release, 1987 – 1988. Kokushoku Elegy was released on vinyl by Transrecords ( TRANS 29) in 1988.

This is I think the last in the NG series, more punk orientated than the previous two album’s, as the title suggests it’s an live album so to quality of the tracks vary, a short album compared to the other two. NG Live was released on vinyl by Transrecords (TRANS 28) in 1987.
