Merzbow – Live In Khabarovsk

Live In Khabarovsk

A really interesting release this is. According to the Merzbook from the Merzbox Masami Akita and his group were “To loud” during the first date and had to not use all the electronic equipment that made so much noise for the second show. This made the second date performance a lot different that what Merzbow fans were use to. A very improve session with basic wood and string instruments along with drums. A very unique LP indeed! Live In Khabarovsk, CCCP “I’m Proud By Rank Of The Workers” was released on vinyl by ZFS Product (SH63-01) in 1988.

Tracks:

  1. Live At Trade Unions Palace Of Culture Hall, 23/03/88
  2. Live At Soviet Army Officers House Hall, 24/03/88
