Omala (M. Tegner and A. Karperyd) was one of the early Swedish ambient /industrial acts and produced two albums – Germ (1988) and Relicon (1991) before disappearing. Later they resurfaced in the He Said Omala project where they were working with John Fryer and Graham Lewis (latter is known for his work in Dome and Wire) Germ was released on vinyl by Frequent Frenzy (FREQ LP 002) in 1988, in 1993 re-released on cd by Hyperium Records (39100662 42)with 4 live bonus tracks from 1987.
