The highly-acclaimed band Pablo Picasso was formed in 1981 and while active in Tokyo’s punk/new-wave scene began releasing a few 7″ and an album “Soft Type” with the independent label Telegraph Records, until the band’s demise in 1985. Excellent post-punk / no-wave. Ultraviolet Ray / Not Movin’ was released on vinyl as a 7″ by Telegraph Records (TEL-003) in 1981.
