Red Zebra – I Can’t Live In A Living Room

I Can't Live In A Living Room

Belgian new wave/punk band, formed in 1978 by Peter Slabbynck, Geert Maertens and Johan Isselee. Originally the band was called The Bungalows but after some time they changed their name into Red Zebra. On this EP figures the song “I can’t live in a living room”. This biting indictment of bourgeois society became a radio-hit and is considered one of Belgium’s finest cult classics. I Can’t Live In A Living Room was released as a 7″ by Zebra Records (ZR 001) in 1980. First pressing (1000 copies) has red label.  Second pressing (1000 copies) has red/black label.

Tracks:

  1. Innocent People
  2. I Can’t Live In A Living Room
  3. Graveyard Shuffle

(Could not remove all the surface noise.)
