Ricky Schouten was a Dutch musician who had a cassette label called Finger In The Dike Records. Active from about 1979, Ricky Schouten played in The Frigid Prams and Beats Per Minute and released several cassettes. This cassette “The Convalescent State” is his solo effort from 1986 on the Italian label ADN (ADN TAPES 22). This cassette sounds very avant garde with a dadaist twist.
