Another excellent 12″ from Tools You Can Trust. Hailing from Manchester, Tools You Can Trust were very aware of No Wave although they never thought of themselves as a No Wave act, but this has all the hallmarks of a No Wave gem. The slightly deranged vocalist and the gas cylinders used for percussion clinches it for me. It’s a real shame that there is almost nothing to be found about this underrated and overlooked post-punk icon from the 80′s. Say It Low was released on vinyl by Red Energy Dynamo (T701) in 1986.
