Interesting compilation of French, German and American performers and bands, the downside of the compilation is the annoying introduction of the bands. Voodoo Muzak: Voodoo Muzak is based in the French side of the Basque Country. People know Voodoo Muzak for being one of the first noise-core band of the French scene. Dark Star: is a German industrial / psychedelic project created by Wolfgang Reffert. Brume: Brume (Christian Renou) is a prolific French musique concrete composer/sound organizer who has been releasing CDs and cassettes worldwide. Trust Obey: John Bergin is a writer, graphic novel artist, and musician best known for his book From Inside and his music to The Crow. H.R.A: Hernia Retraction Accordion was formed by its 3 original core members (Michael Brito, Robert W. Lewis, and Peter Petrisko, Jr.) in September, 1989. Based in Phoenix, AZ, they pull together a wide variety of sounds and guest performers. Le Bruit Pour La Raison Qui S’y Trouve was released as a cassette (without a box) and a booklet by Ensemble Vide in 1991. Limited edition of 200 copies.
